Michael Scott Doleac (born June 15 1977 in San Antonio, Texas, USA), is an NBA basketball player, currently playing forward for the Miami Heat.

Doleac was selected 12th overall in the 1998 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1998. Where after four years he was in the school's all-time top ten in 3 categories: 10th in scoring (1,519 points), 8th in rebounds (886) and 4th in free throws made (472). Currently in Miami he comes off the bench for a team that includes stars Shaquille O'Neal and Dwayne Wade. He is a role player who plays limited minutes behind O'Neal and Alonzo Mourning.

In 1999, he was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team.

He has stated that he wants to be a doctor once his NBA career is over [1].
