Anthony Bernard Carter (born 16 June 1975 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is a professional basketball player in the NBA. After a college career at the University of Hawaii, Carter went unselected in the NBA draft. He began his pro career with the Miami Heat and has since played for the San Antonio Spurs and the Minnesota Timberwolves, as well. He's averaged 4.7 points per game during his NBA career.
